Iconic Trifari Jelly Belly fly brooch pins designed by Alfred Philippe in 1943. We have a small and medium version of this collector piece, available individually or as a set. The pins are made from gilt sterling silver and feature red jewel eyes, accent rhinestone encrusting, and a clear lucite cabochon set in the fly's abdomen. The brooches are mounted with a horizontal safety pin and have been hallmarked 'Sterling Trifari' and "Design Pat. 137200" on the back of the wings. There is notable wear to the gilt silver and most of the golden overlay has faded, but all the jewels are accounted for both pieces. Overall in worn vintage condition.
